The bottom line is that it is the right choice from a financial standpoint, and as more and more people walk, it becomes more fashionable to do. The bottom line is that this correction needs to occur before we can stabilize this market and move forward. If the lenders were more willing to work with homeowners who really do need help, we would be out of the woods sooner
