Our Negotiators Specialize in a Particular Lender
Because we have the critical mass, most of our negotiators handle 10-20 files with a given lender. This specialization allows them to get to know the people and the systems that the lenders use. When they call, they are able to discuss not one but a dozen files. This efficiency allows for more effective contact on each file.
Advanced Custom Web Based Software
Our negotiators are connected to the rest of the organization via our real time web based CRM system. Documents are all stored and maintained electronically on our secure server. This allows for a more efficient paperless environment. Negotiators work remotely but are plugged directly into our systems via the world wide web.
Results Driven
Most of our negotiators have a background as realtors or mortgage brokers. This experience is critical when it comes to dealing with the loss mitigators employed by the lenders. Negotiators work towards the approval letter. With the approval letter in hand, we can finally close the transaction.
